Sheri Shannon guest hosts today for a panel presentation by local to state candidates for office. This is part two of the first in a series of roundtable discussions bringing women leaders together from hyperlocal to statewide to discuss issues important both locally and nationally. Today’s panel brings together: Jennifer Carroll Foy – candidate for governor, Elaine Summerfield – candidate for city council, Deanna Fierro – candidate for school board, and Stephanie Rizzi, candidate for school board. They discuss the state of education in Virginia, the impact of COVID and the rights of women.
